We were certified in September 2014 in accordance with the Standard ISO 9001, which allowed for an increased control and definition of all internal procedures, as the Standard requires the adoption of a set of processes and controls to provide a quality service.

We aim to offer our clients a world class service, always maintaining a flexible posture which has been praised by our clients. The constant company growth resulted in an obvious need to establish and document some processes and tools that allowed us to maintain quality and standardise the delivery models of our service. So far, the value added has been the process documentation and, the gradual standardization of the best internal practices. This way all professionals can be aligned in these practices and on common tools.
